●       For products classified under Schedule E1, a valid prescription from a licensed medical practitioner is mandatory.

●       Prescriptions are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

●       If a valid prescription is not available, users can opt for a free consultation with our doctor to obtain one. This ensures customers receive proper guidance for their medical needs.

●       Failure to provide a valid prescription or avail of the consultation will result in order cancellation.

 

 

3. Payment and Refund Policy

●       Payment Methods: We accept both prepaid and COD (Cash on Delivery) for all products.

●       Refund Deductions: Only consultation and shipping charges (if applicable) are deducted during cancellations or refunds. No other fees are imposed.

 

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

●       Shipping Regions: We ship pan-India only. International shipping is also available.

●       Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically delivered within 2-7 business days, depending on the location.

●       Address Errors or Customer Unavailability: If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

●       Shipping Fees: Shipping is free for prepaid orders. COD orders incur a 5% COD fee.
